Project description | Wanstead Redbridge E11 – Roof house extension and internal alterations on all three levels of a single family dwelling
Design and planning
Over a number of years we assisted with the extension and refurbishment of this single family dwelling at Wanstead Redbridge E11. We obtained planning approval for a large roof extension to create additional bedroom areas and a new bathroom at the loft level.
Associated internal alterations included the reconfiguration of the first floor to improve the layout and how the existing rooms could be used. Further alterations on the ground floor aimed to create a new kitchen area that became separated from the dining and living areas.
Architectural services
Initial consultation, measured survey and production of existing set of drawings, planning stage design and submission, obtaining planning approval, preparation of technical Building Regulations stage information, obtaining Building Regulations approval, preparation of tendering information for builders to price.
