Rear, side, and roof extensions to a terraced house in a conservation area. Full refurbishment and internal alterations to include reinstating the property’s original features, creating a double height internal space, a first floor ‘office pod’, and connecting the lower ground living areas with the rear garden.
Initial home consultation, measured survey, and production of existing set of drawings, planning stage design and submission, building regulations design and submission, obtaining local authority approvals, construction information production, construction stage site visits, liaising with the builder and other consultants.
