Large roof extension to a terrace house to create a master-bedroom area, a walk-in wardrobe and an ensuite within the eaves of the existing roof.

Measured survey and production of existing set of drawings, planning stage design and submission, Building Regulations design and submission, obtaining local authority approvals, liaising with the builder and other consultants.
