Project description | Single storey rear extension and internal alterations to a single family dwelling to create a new kitchen, dinning and living area that opens up to the rear garden.
Design and planning
We are proposing to demolish the existing rear projection and replace it with a new rear extension that extends to the site boundary; to create a new kitchen and dining area that opens up to the rear garden.
Our proposals are in-keeping with the character of the host building and of the terrace as well. Our proposed extension does not affect the amenity of the adjacent properties and we do not propose to alter the access around the front of the building or the access to the property in general.
Initial home consultation, measured survey and production of existing set of drawings, planning stage design and submission, obtaining planning approval, preparation of technical Building Regulations stage information, obtaining Building Regulations approval, preparation of tendering information for builders to price.
